Placements24 is seeking a Program Development Manager in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of youth-focused programs for a prominent charitable organization. You will oversee the full lifecycle from concept to funding and impact reporting.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, build community partnerships, craft grant proposals, ensure compliance, and advocate for youth development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in program development and management.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent charitable organization focused on empowering vulnerable youth, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Program Development Manager to spearhead initiatives from their Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA office. This critical position involves designing, implementing, and overseeing innovative programs that address the diverse needs of the youth population served by the organization. • Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.
