About the Role

Our client, a prominent charitable organization in Cape Town , is seeking an experienced and motivated Youth Development Program Manager. This crucial role focuses on designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that empower young people, equipping them with the skills and opportunities needed for a successful future. You will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to youth engagement, focusing on areas such as education, skills training, mentorship, and personal development. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in youth development, program management, or a related field within the non-profit sector.

• Experience working with diverse youth populations in the Cape Town area is highly desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
