Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and schedules are adhered to.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of production line staff.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on the production floor.
• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with quality control to maintain product integrity and standards.
