Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in production processing and overseeing daily production operations.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly production reports.
• Strong staff management, leadership, and performance management skills.
• Ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Experience handling export documentation and coordinating with export clients.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.
• Oversee HACCP compliance and food safety standards
• Proficient in MS Office
