Placements24 is seeking a Production Line Leader to supervise a production line at their Paarl facility in the Western Cape. The role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, safety, and meeting production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of operators, drive process improvements, and collaborate with maintenance and quality control. A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience is expected, with willingness to work shifts.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing with supervisory or team lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work shifts if required.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production line team.
• Monitor output and quality, addressing deviations promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, guidelines and quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to line operators.
• Maintain production records and report to supervisor.
• Identify minor process improvements to optimise line efficiency.
