Formación

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts as required by the production schedule.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production line team.
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications throughout the production process.
• Enforce strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to line operators.
• Manage the workflow and resource allocation on the production line.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist in daily reporting.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Implement basic continuous improvement ideas to enhance line performance.
