Placements24 is seeking a Senior Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a state-of-the-art facility in Midrand, Gauteng. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure targets are met safely and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead production staff, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with quality control and maintenance to optimize flow. A strong lean manufacturing background and 5+ years of supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production.
• Proven leadership to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in manufacturing software and MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate production line staff for smooth operations.
