Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Production Efficiency Engineer for our East London facility to optimize manufacturing processes, boost productivity, and reduce cycle times while minimizing waste. You will partner with production teams to analyze operations, map processes, conduct time studies, and implement data-driven improvements aligned with lean principles.

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production engineering or process improvement.
• Strong data analysis, statistical methods, and process optimization skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows and data to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop strategies to reduce cycle times and increase throughput.
• Conduct time studies and process mapping to eliminate waste.
• Collaborate with production staff to implement changes and train teams.
• Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency and output.
