You will assist the production team with a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of events from planning through to breakdown. Key Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support to the production manager and technical teams during event setup, execution, and strike.
• Assist with coordinating schedules, managing equipment, and ensuring venue readiness.
• Help with managing artist and crew needs, including hospitality and technical rider fulfillment.
• Conduct research for event planning, sourcing vendors, and managing inventory.
• Assist in the preparation of production documentation, run sheets, and communication logs.
• Respond to on-site needs and problem-solve effectively under the guidance of senior staff.
