Network Recruitment is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end ERP implementation across multiple manufacturing divisions in Johannesburg. You will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure delivery and adoption of a new ERP platform.

A leading South African manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the implementation of a new ERP platform across multiple operational divisions. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end ERP implementation journey, partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the ERP implementation lifecycle from planning through to go-live and post-implementation support
• Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements across multiple departments
• Configure and optimise ERP modules to align with business requirements
• Manage integrations between ERP and third-party systems
• Lead data migration activities, including cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate issue resolution
• Develop and deliver training material, user guides, and adoption initiatives
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success
• Provide post-go-live support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years' professional experience
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or operational business environments
• Experience working with data migration, system integration, and change management initiatives
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels
• SYSPRO experience will be highly advantageous
• Agile, Project Management, or related certifications would be beneficial
