Qualificações

• National Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in purchasing/procurement.
• Experience with hybrid work and remote collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of George area suppliers encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotes, and compare prices.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure value.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and data.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand needs.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on orders.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues.
• Assist in development and implementation of procurement policies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and ethics.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and cost savings.
