Placements24 is seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer for our Benoni, Gauteng team. You will manage the full purchasing cycle, source suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 3+ years of purchasing experience, a relevant degree, and strong Excel/ERP proficiency. Local market knowledge in Benoni is a plus, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in purchasing/procurement.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement software.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
