• Experience with ERP, accounting, procurement or inventory management systems.
• Exposure to multi-branch procurement and stock control.
• Manage local and international procurement and supplier relationships.
• Approve branch orders and inter-branch stock transfers.
• Monitor stock levels, forecasts and inventory variances.
• Verify supplier, freight and warehousing invoices.
• Prepare monthly procurement and sales reports.
• Manage stock journals, stock takes and order tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and submit quarterly levy reports.

Purpose of the Job: To ensure the efficient, cost-effective procurement and replenishment of stock across all branches through supplier management, inventory control, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, stock administration or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, procurement, or inventory management systems.
• Exposure to multi-branch procurement and stock control is advantageous.
• Manage local and international procurement and supplier relationships.
• Approve branch orders and inter-branch stock transfers.
• Monitor stock levels, forecasts, and inventory variances.
• Verify supplier, freight, and warehousing invoices.
• Prepare monthly procurement and sales reports.
• Manage stock journals, stock takes, and order tracking.
