Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Procurement, SCM, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, procurement or inventory management systems.
• Exposure to multi-branch procurement and stock control.
• Manage local and international procurement and supplier relationships.
• Approve branch orders and inter-branch stock transfers.
• Monitor stock levels, forecasts and inventory variances.
• Verify supplier, freight and warehousing invoices.
• Prepare monthly procurement and sales reports.
• Manage stock journals, stock takes and order tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and submit quarterly levy reports.

Responsibilities

• Procure and replenish stock across branches while managing supplier relations.
• Monitor forecasts, stock levels and inventory variances to ensure cost-effective procurement.
