Job summary

200 roomed city hotel with on site restaurant and bar as well as Rooftop Leisure & Fitness Center with Outdoor pool, hot tub, terrace, and a 24-hour gym seeks experienced hotel maintenance manager meeting the following specifications:

• Hospitality or Financial Tertiary qualification
• Must have minimum 3 years experience in Hotel Procurement management in a 150 roomed city hotel – not lodges or smaller hotels
• Strong on costings and stock control
• Must have a proven track record in dealing with suppliers and negotiating best price
• Management of all the stores – food, beverage, amenities and operations equipment
• Will be responsible with setting up systems for procurement, stores and stock control management
• 2 year contract
