Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking an experienced F&B Manager for a 200-room city hotel with on-site restaurant and bar in South Africa. The ideal candidate holds a 3-year Hospitality Management qualification and has at least 2 years of F&B management in a city hotel with 150+ rooms, with strong brand standards and menu engineering skills to assist the Executive Chef.

This is a 2-year contract and candidates with SA brand-hotel experience are preferred.

• Minimum 2 yeas experience as F&B Manager in a city hotel with over 150 rooms
• Strong on maintaining brand standards
• Experience in menu engineering, to assist Executive Chef
• 2 year contract
