HotelJobs seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for a 150-room city hotel with on-site restaurant, rooftop leisure facilities and a 24-hour gym. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee HVAC systems (Daikin focus) and ensure reliable building services for guests in a busy urban setting.

Required: mechanical or electrical qualification and minimum 3 years in a Maintenance Manager role at a similar property. This is a 2-year contract with SA brand hotel experience preferred.

• Strong HVAC experience, with emphasis on Daikin systems.
• Experience leading and managing a maintenance team.

• Oversee both mechanical and electrical systems and routine preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and guest comfort for a 200-room city hotel.

200 roomed city hotel with on site restaurant and bar as well as Rooftop Leisure & Fitness Center with Outdoor pool, hot tub, terrace, and a 24-hour gym seeks experienced hotel maintenance manager meeting the following specifications:

• Mechanical or Electrical qualification ESSENTIAL
• Must have minimum 3 years in a Maintenance Manager role of a 150 roomed city hotel – not lodges or smaller hotels
• Strong Experience in HVAC, particularly Daikin
• Lead and manage a maintenance team
• 2 year contract
• Candidates who have worked in South Africa for a brand hotel are only being considered
