Browns The Diamond Store in Johannesburg is seeking a driven Junior Procurement Specialist to join the Operations team. You will manage procurement requests from start to finish, coordinate approvals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across SA, the UK, and Australia.

You will also support warehouse operations, manage tickets in Zoho Desk, run Zoho Projects, and build supplier relationships for smart sourcing decisions in a premium retail environment.

Formación

• Matric (Grade 12) as a minimum.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Bonus: diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Admin.

Responsabilidades

• Manage procurement requests end-to-end from raising orders to approvals.
• Keep Zoho Desk tickets clean and current within timelines.
• Coordinate freight and logistics for local and international shipments.
• Support warehouse operations and stock integrity at multiple sites.
• Build supplier relationships and run sourcing analyses; manage projects in Zoho.
