Placements24 is seeking a sharp and analytical Industrial Engineer to join as a Process Analyst in East London. This hybrid role focuses on examining and improving operational processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity through data-driven analysis.

You will collect and analyze data, identify bottlenecks, develop process maps, and implement practical Lean-based improvements while collaborating with teams and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering or process analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/SQL/statistical software).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high accuracy.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Collect and analyze data on production output, cycle times, resource use, and quality.
• Develop process maps/flowcharts and documentation to visualize workflows.
• Propose and help implement practical solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Support Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
