Job summary

This contract BI/Data Analyst role is based in Sandton, Johannesburg, within the Financial Services industry. The role focuses on analysing end-to-end business processes using BI and data analytics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

You will develop reports and dashboards, map processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable recommendations. Experience with Celonis, SAP Signavio, or similar process mining tools is highly valued.

What you’ll be doing

• Analysetransactional and operational data to reconstruct and understand end-to-endbusiness processes

Requirements

The profile we're looking for

Thisis not primarily a traditional Business Analyst role.

Weare specifically looking for someone whose background is approximately:

60–70%BI / Data Analytics
30–40% Business / Process Analysis

Youshould be comfortable working hands-on with data and BI tools, while also beingable to understand, map and optimise business processes.

Ifyou have a BI/Data Analytics background and have moved into Process Miningor Process Intelligence, we would be very interested in hearing from you.
