Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a BI/Data Analyst with strong process mining capabilities for a contract project in Sandton, Johannesburg. You will analyse transactional data, map end-to-end processes, and develop reports and dashboards to drive business improvements.

The role blends 60–70% BI/Data Analytics with 30–40% Business/Process Analysis, requiring hands-on data work and the ability to translate findings for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Not primarily a traditional Business Analyst role.
• Background: 60–70% BI / Data Analytics and 30–40% Business / Process Analysis.
• Comfortable working hands-on with data and BI tools while mapping and optimizing processes.
• BI/Data Analytics background with move into Process Mining or Process Intelligence.
• Strong BI/Data Analytics background complemented by Business or Process Analysis experience.
• Celonis experience highly advantageous; familiarity with SAP Signavio, Microsoft Process Mining or UiPath ProcessMining is a plus.

Responsibilities
