Job description

We're looking for an analytical, solutions-driven Business Analyst to bridge business operations, processes, systems, data, finance and IT. The successful candidate will analyse business requirements and operational processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and translate business needs into practical, data-driven solutions.

The role will support business intelligence, process improvement, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, using operational data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities to improve productivity, cost, service and decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analysis, Supply Chain or Information Technology.
• 23 years Business Analytical Services experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and principles.
• Experience with DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Pareto Analysis and process mapping.
• Knowledge of gap analysis, FMEA, PDCA, Kaizen, SIPOC and process standardisation.
• Experience in data-driven problem solving and cost-benefit/impact analysis.
• Understanding of data architecture and integration.
• Experience using , including basic dashboard/model development.
• Basic SQL knowledge will be beneficial.
• Experience with delivery routing, preferably using OPSI/TRAMM, is required/preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
