- Proven experience with process simulation software (MetSim, HSC Chemistry) and data analysis.

Troubleshoot operational problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Design and oversee the implementation of process modifications and upgrades. Conduct performance testing and data analysis for various unit operations (e.g., comminution, flotation, leaching). Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and P&IDs. Collaborate with site operations, maintenance, and technical teams to achieve production targets and safety objectives.
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 6 years of experience in mineral processing , with a strong understanding of metallurgical principles. Proven experience with process simulation software (e.g., MetSim, HSC Chemistry) and data analysis. Hands-on experience with operations in commodities such as gold, platinum, or base metals. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
