Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the performance of mineral processing circuits (e.g., crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching).

• Conduct pilot plant test work and laboratory studies to evaluate new process technologies or modifications.
• Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical support to plant operators and supervisors.
• Prepare technical reports, process descriptions, and recommendations for plant upgrades and optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations within the processing plant.
