Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of mineral processing/metallurgy experience in mining.
• Strong understanding of metallurgical principles, unit operations, and process simulation.
• Experience with analytical techniques and laboratory testing procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

You will be responsible for process troubleshooting, developing and implementing improvement initiatives, and conducting metallurgical test work. The successful candidate will work closely with plant operations and R&D teams to enhance recovery rates, reduce costs, and ensure environmental compliance, playing a crucial role in the economic viability of the mine's output.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and troubleshoot mineral processing circuits (e.g., crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching).
