Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting in the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scale-up of novel chemical processes from conceptual design to full-scale implementation.
• Conduct pilot plant trials, analyze results, and optimize process parameters for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop process models and simulations to predict performance and identify potential scale-up challenges.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful technology transfer.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, process descriptions, and design documentation.
