Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years in process development, scale-up and optimization in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of reaction engineering, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or ChemCAD.
• Familiarity with HAZOP and process safety principles.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in teams.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize new chemical processes.
• Perform process scale-up studies from lab to pilot plant and beyond.
• Use process simulation and modeling tools to evaluate designs.
• Conduct PHAs and implement safety improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during development.

• Create detailed process documentation, SOPs and batch records.
