Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with instrumentation and control.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process control engineering, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) from major vendors.
• Experience with Advanced Process Control (APC) techniques and software.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation, control theory, and process dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and commission process control strategies for new and existing plant equipment and processes.
• Develop and maintain P&IDs, logic diagrams, and control narratives for automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control loops, ensuring optimal performance and stability of plant operations.
• Implement and manage advanced process control (APC) applications to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure the reliability and integrity of control systems.
