Job summary

Gijima is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, map current and future processes, create process maps and supporting documentation, and help standardise procedures across the organisation.

You will engage stakeholders at all levels, analyse data and trends, contribute to automation initiatives, and support governance and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Analysis or related discipline; 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Internship, graduate programme, project-based or practical exposure considered.
• Exposure to process mapping, data analysis, or automation initiatives advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Documentation: gather and analyse business requirements and document current and future-state processes.
• Develop process maps, create supporting documentation, and maintain repositories.
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand operational requirements.
• Support governance, best practices, and continuous learning across the organisation.
