Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with complex systems.
• Exposure to policy administration, claims handling, or customer onboarding projects.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs.
• Translate requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories.
• Map and analyse current business processes.
• Support solution design and participate in UAT.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT.
