Job Title

Business Analyst

Job Purpose

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, manage related projects, and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making and business growth. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and improve existing business processes.
  • Document requirements, process flows, use cases, and business cases.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Create dashboards and performance reports (KPIs).
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Support project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Perform gap and impact analyses; propose effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT and development teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management.
  • Monitor post-implementation success and provide support.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and participate in RFP/RFI processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business analysis or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and modelling tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise systems
