Job summary

I Grow Wealth Investments in Durbanville is seeking a proactive Managing Agent Oversight professional to lead relationships with trustees, owners, and agents across multiple body corporate schemes.

You will drive governance, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance, ensuring schemes operate transparently and in line with statutory requirements. The role demands strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Matric and/or real estate qualification are noted as advantageous.
• Minimum 2-3 years' hands-on experience in sectional title and/or HOA management.
• Strong understanding of procurement, maintenance oversight and financial control.
• Experience in a senior stakeholder-facing role with trustees at meetings.
• WeConnectU experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of real relationships, schemes, and outcomes from day one.
• Work closely with managing agents, trustees, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration.
• Ensure each scheme operates efficiently, transparently, and in line with investor expectations.
• Uphold and contribute to the standards of the Body Corporate Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Oversee appointment, monitoring, and performance assessment of contractors and service providers.
• Attend after-hours body corporate and trustee meetings as required.
