Job summary

FirstRand Limited’s Private Banking division in Upington is seeking a Private Advisor to deliver exceptional service to private clients focused on foundational wealth creation, accumulation, and protection strategies.

You will apply Money Management principles to grow the Vertical Sales Index, enhance client retention, and market the full range of financial services. The role requires 3–5 years in financial sales/service and a relevant FSCA-regulated degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with COB (Class of Business).
• Experience - 3 to 5 years in Sales/Service within a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/RMB clients on wealth creation basics.
• Increase VSI and drive client retention using contextual Money Management principles.
• Market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth through effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
