Job summary

First National Bank (FNB) is seeking a Private Advisor in Upington to provide exceptional service to private clients, focusing on foundational wealth creation and protection strategies. You will enhance client engagement, grow the VSI, and retain clients through contextual Money Management principles.

The role requires a relevant NQF level 7 degree, RE5 with COB, and 3–5 years in financial sales/service. Opportunities to network and contribute to profit growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business).
• Experience - 3 to 5 years' experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/Private RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and protection strategies.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment using contextual Money Management principles.
• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth for the business through effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
