Job summary

FNB, a leading SA bank, invites experienced Private Advisors to join Upington team, focusing on foundational wealth creation and protection strategies for private clients.

You will educate clients, increase VSI, market financial services, and manage leads to grow the client base while ensuring quality outputs and compliance. This role emphasizes building trusted relationships and contributing to profit growth in a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business).
• Experience - 3 to 5 years' experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/Private RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment using contextual Money Management principles.
• Market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth for the business through effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
