Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited in Pietermaritzburg seeks a Private Wealth Advisor to deliver tailored financial guidance to high-net-worth clients. You will educate clients on wealth creation, accumulation and protection strategies, and aim to increase VSI while strengthening retention.

The role requires a relevant NQF level 7 degree, RE5 COB and FAIS certification, 3–5 years sales/service experience in financial services, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF level 7 FSCA approved degree.
• RE5 regulatory compliance certification with COB experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales/Service area of financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Wealth clients.
• Market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth through effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within deadlines.
• Grow the customer base by managing existing clients and generating new leads.
