Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited is seeking a Private Advisor to deliver education and guidance to Private Clients on wealth creation and protection strategies. The role focuses on increasing VSI, retaining clients, and cross-selling within the RMB/FirstRand ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will market financial services, manage leads, and ensure timely, compliant outputs while building trust-based client relationships in a dynamic private client environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business) Experience.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth for the business through ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
• Ensure growth and increase in customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads and growing active customer accounts.
• Comply with statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements as well as set processes and procedures related to area of specialization.
