Job summary

FNB is seeking a Private Advisor to provide wealth creation guidance and client education for RMB clients in Upington. You will help grow the VSI and strengthen client retention by applying contextual Money Management principles.

The role requires an NQF level 7 FSCA approved degree, RE5 compliance certificates, and 3–5 years in a financial sales/service environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided within the bank's framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business).
• Experience - 3 to 5 years' experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients and RMB clients on basic wealth creation and accumulation.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment using contextual Money Management principles.
• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth by ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
