About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets for output, quality, and safety are met.

• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical or supervisory training is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively and drive performance.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required by production demands.
