Proficiency with BIM (Revit), energy modeling, and visualization tools.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
Registered Architect with professional body.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process for sustainable building projects, ensuring adherence to environmental goals and certifications.
Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency, water conservation, and material selection.
Collaborate with environmental consultants, engineers, and energy modelers to optimize building performance.
Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications and drawings, with a focus on sustainable practices.
Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental conditions and potential for sustainable design integration.
Present design concepts and project progress to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Research and evaluate emerging sustainable technologies and materials for application in future projects.
