Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead key client engagements from our Richards Bay office. The role demands deep recruitment market knowledge and the ability to drive complex hiring strategies while mentoring junior consultants and shaping firm strategy.

You will develop client relationships, contribute to business development, and ensure outstanding candidate experience and service delivery in a hybrid work setting in Richards Bay.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment consultancy with a proven track record.
• Experience recruiting for senior, executive, and specialized roles.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within recruitment.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment data.
• tertiary qualification in HR, business or related field is advantageous.
