Placements24 is seeking an Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our Richards Bay team, combining office collaboration with remote work flexibility. You will lead retained searches, sourcing C-suite and senior talent, while building strategic relationships with top clients and guiding them through offers and onboarding.

You will leverage market intelligence, direct sourcing, and negotiation skills to deliver executive placements across multiple industries.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search or senior recruitment, preferably within a consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing C-suite and senior management roles.
• Exceptional market research, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
