Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading large-scale process improvement and operational transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of major industrial engineering projects across multiple facilities.
• Develop and implement advanced process optimization methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma programs.
• Architect and design complex production systems, supply chains, and operational workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of industrial engineers and analysts.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and ROI analyses for major capital investments and process changes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on best practices in industrial engineering for the Sandton region and beyond.
