The ideal candidate has 12+ years in complex electrical design, deep expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, and RF/signal processing, and a strong track record of innovation in high-reliability

Qualifications

Ph.D. or Master's in Electrical Engineering with a strong systems focus.
12+ years in design and development of complex electrical systems, incl. R&D.
Expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, signal processing or RF engineering.
Proven track record of innovation and product development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑discipline collaboration.
Eligibility to work in a sensitive R&D environment.

Responsibilities

Define and architect complex electrical systems for performance and scalability.
Lead R&D design and development of next-gen electrical components.
Perform system-level modeling, analysis, and simulation to validate designs.
Develop rigorous testing methodologies and validation plans.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship across engineering teams.
Translate market requirements into technical specifications.
Identify emerging technologies aligned with strategic goals.
Troubleshoot highly complex issues spanning multiple domains.
Contribute to IP through invention disclosures and patents.
Represent the company at technical conferences.
