Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years Progressive electrical system design experience with 7+ years in lead/architectural role.
• Deep expertise in complex system architecture, power management, signal integrity, and embedded systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex electrical systems for commercial products.
• Strong hardware/software co-design understanding and trade-offs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps and evaluating emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve electrical system architecture for key product families.
• Lead exploration and evaluation of new electrical technologies and components.
• Develop high-level design specifications, system requirements, and interfaces.
• Provide architectural guidance to design teams across the lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews and strategic assessments of designs.
• Collaborate with product management, software, and hardware teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks in electrical system design choices.
• Contribute to IP strategy by identifying areas for innovation.
• Mentor senior electrical engineers and foster architectural excellence.
