Placements24 is seeking a motivated Residential Real Estate Agent for the Pretoria market. You will guide clients through buying, selling and renting of homes, leveraging market knowledge and strong negotiation skills to close deals.

This commission-based role requires PDE licensing, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs. A supportive team and comprehensive marketing support are provided in Gauteng.

Formación

• Must hold PDE Property Practitioner license and have proven real estate sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and client-management skills, with market awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Actively market and list residential properties for sale or rent in the Pretoria area.
• Conduct property showings and open houses for prospective buyers and renters.
• Provide expert advice on property valuation, market conditions and buying/selling processes.
• Negotiate offers and counter-offers to reach favorable terms for clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales transaction process from initial contact to closing.
