Placements24 is seeking a Residential Real Estate Negotiator for our Pretoria, Gauteng team. You will lead negotiations, guide buyers and sellers through offers and counter-offers, and aim for favorable sale outcomes with strong client relationships.

The role requires a proven track record in closing residential deals, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the Pretoria market. A PDE/FFC is required, with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct experience in residential real estate sales and negotiation.
• Proven track record of closing a high volume of residential deals in Pretoria.
• Deep knowledge of the Pretoria property market, including suburbs and characteristics.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic negotiation mindset.
• Valid Estate Agent Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and PDE.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation efforts for residential property sales, acting as the primary contact for buyers and sellers.
• Analyze market data and property values to advise clients on offer strategies and counter-offers.
• Facilitate communication between parties to ensure progress towards a sale.
• Identify and address potential roadblocks during negotiation.
• Work with agents, attorneys and bond originators to meet sale conditions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the Pretoria market and pricing trends.
• Share market insights and negotiation best practices with the team.
