Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years experience in guest relations, front office, or luxury guest-facing role.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in hotel CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all guest relations activities to ensure highest standards of personalized service.
• Proactively engage with guests to understand needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop strategies to enhance guest experience and foster loyalty.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B for VIP guests and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the CRM system.
• Welcome arriving VIP guests with smooth, personalized check-in.
• Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Act as primary contact for discerning guests, providing local information and recommendations.
• Train Front Office and relevant staff on guest relations best practices.
