You will be the go-to person for guest requests, offering recommendations and arranging everything from dining reservations to transportation and activities.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of Polokwane and the surrounding area, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge or guest-facing role.
• Extensive knowledge of Polokwane and surroundings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests.
• Fluency in English and other languages is a plus.
• Warm personality and genuine desire to assist guests.

Responsibilities
