Qualifications

• Knowledge areas include business economics, customer relationship management, credit principles, banking practices, regulatory requirements (FAIS and FICA), and sector-specific financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate the strategic Business Banking objectives into day-to-day tactical plans.
• Lead a team of support bankers delivering a proficient support function to Premium and Growth Banking teams.
• Manage end-to-end people management practices, high-risk routine compliance and client relationships.
